April 14, 1995

Hello Jimmy!!!!

I have gotten my first job in radio thanks to you Jim!! When I started I was in the Bagel Business, baking bagels. Then I hooked up with Big Joe Henry at Oldies 107.1 and started on the Radio Connection program.

After the third week of the program, the bagel store went BUST!!!! I was going to unemployment and working on the Radio Connection assignments and then ... Big Joe called me on Wednesday, April 5, 1995, and asked me if I would like to be his producer!! I said YES!!!! And he said you start tomorrow at 1:30pm!!

It has been my first week and I LOVE IT! I can't wait to get to the station and I don't want to leave once I'm there!! This past week I came in at 5:00 a.m. and am currently learning how to produce the A.M. drive show. This Thursday, I am going to learn how to set-up and run a remote broadcast!! I am having a ball!! And I have all this because of you and the Radio Connection!! All my thanks is to you and Big Joe Henrey!

By the way, today is my birthday and this is the best present I could ever get and it's the happiest birthday of my whole life!!

Thanks Again,

John J. Cuccia Jr.
