Dear Bob,

I wanted to let you know how much I've been impressed with your student Fred Plaster. I began working with Fred last May and he has been terrific! Fred demonstrates all the qualities that I believe make a successful broadcaster.

Just the other day, a job became available here at 2WD/Norfolk that Fred is perfect for. It's a weekend position and what a great start to land one's first job in a Top 50 market! I'm sure it won't be long when Fred is full-time at WWDE or some other great station in the area.

Thank you for bringing this talented individual with the perfect attitude to my attention. It's tough to find good people these days as I'm sure you know.
