Dear Radio Connection Staff:

I would like to thank all of you for all of your help during my enrollment in the Radio Connection. The course was very informative and helped get my foot in the broadcasting door right away. In fact, before I was even half way through the course, the station I was training with felt so confident in my work that they hired me for a full-time position.

Since working here at KIQO--PURE GOLD 104 FM in Atascadero, CA. I've produced hundreds of commercials (some of which I wrote), written and given news casts, weather casts, and station promos. I'm in charge of having members of our community come by the station and record public service announcements. I've run the board during live remotes, satellite shows, and professional as well as local sporting satellite shows, and professional as well as local sporting events. Recently, I have hosted some live remotes and have started my own live show which airs during weekends.

If it were not for the Radio Connection, I don't think I would have gotten into radio as quickly as I have. So once again, thank you very much.
